Recently renovated and superbly equipped, this luxury gite in the historic 14th century Chateau de Cormand is located on the outskirts of Bonneville, Haute Savoie, (altitude 450m), just 30kms from Geneva and 35kms from Annecy. The house sits in an acre of mature gardens & trees, ideal for children to play safely and the peaceful grounds provide secure parking for up to 6 cars. Views all round are spectacular, onto the River Arve and the ‘pre-Alps’.
The accommodation consists of:
- Family apartment (gite) that sleeps 4, comprising a master bedroom suite with bath/shower room, kitchen, large lounge/dining room with two beds and a balcony with views of the mountains and river
- Double bedroom (chambre d’hôte) with en-suite shower room and toilet
- Twin bedroom (chambre d’hôte) with en-suite shower room and toilet
The rooms can be rented as a whole or as the self-catering family apartment and 2 chambre d’hôte suites with a separate breakfast area.

Getting Here
We are situated 1.5 kms to the west of the centre of Bonneville, just off the D1205.
By plane - Geneva airport is served by flights from most major cities in Europe and is 30 minutes by car from Bonneville. Hire cars are easily available at the airport and guests can also be met for a small charge.
By car - you leave the Autoroute E40 (running from Geneva to Chamonix) at exit 16 and turn right on to the D1203 which leads to the centre of the town. At the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville you turn left on to the Avenue de Genève, which then becomes the Route de Genève.
By train - Bonneville train station is a 7 minute drive from the Chateau and we can collect from there. Trains run to Bonneville from Geneva and Annecy via Annemasse and from Lyon via Bellegarde.

Booking Information
The Chateau is open all year round, except between Christmas and New Year and is available for both winter and summer holidays.
Bookings can be accepted on a whole week or weekend basis but not normally per day.

Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 30% of the rental cost is required at the time of booking with the balance payable on arrival.
A refund of the deposit can only be made up to 15 days before the booking is due to start.
